Kertak Nanotechnology uses patented technology based on the spinning process. This unique technology operated by Kertak enables us to produce non-polymer nanofibers on the basis of inorganic substances mainly with TiO2, Li4Ti5O12, Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2 or Pt on an industrial scale with a production capacity of tons of material p.a. This unique and advanced processing technology enables us to achieve controllable product parameters such as:

  • composition: possibility to produce a number of kinds of inorganic substances (e.g. TiO2, SiO2, ZrO2, TiN, NiO, Ni, CuO, Cu etc.) with desirable crystal structures (e.g. ZrO2 as monoclinic, tetragonal or cubic crystal structure)
  • purity and doping: possibility to modify nanofiberous material in respect to its purity and doping level with various elements (e.g. TiO2 can be doped with noble metals)
  • nanofiber size: possibility to modify the dimensions of nanofiber product (diameter of fibers)
  • specific surface area
